The proposed site plan consists of full-service and one-stop-shop for truckers and visitors to stay in a Yotel-style hotel (fully automated self-check in) completed with dining and entertainment.

Our role is to provide a concept site plan and architectural concept floor plans with inspiration images for the building design.
