How Long Does a Typical Consultation Take?

We offer two levels of preliminary consultations - a 30-minute 'discovery' consultation call, and a 90-minute strategic brainstorming session.

What Do I need to Prepare for my Consultation Session?

For your 30-minute discovery session, come prepared with a clear overview of your project, including your goals, objectives, and specific requirements. Bring along any inspiration or references that resonate with your vision to help us understand your ideas. To maximize the benefits of your 90-minute strategic brainstorming session, provide as much additional information about your project (vision, goals, timeline, budget, existing reports or studies, legal or topographical surveys, appraisals, etc.) in advance. Sharing any questions or concerns beforehand can ensure we address all your needs during the session. Remember to come with an open mindset; we’re all about collaboration and exploring new possibilities to bring your vision to life effectively.

Are There Any Fees Associated with the Initial Consultation?

There are no fees associated with the 30-minute discovery consult. The 90-minute strategic brainstorming session costs $450 - and in the event that you choose to move forward with any of our service offerings, this fee will be credited toward the project fees.

What Happens After the Consultation?

You decide. If you're interested in moving forward with our consulting services, we'll prepare a detailed proposal tailored to your project's requirements. The proposal will summarize our understanding, and will provide a detailed outline of the scope of work, timeline, and budget considerations.
