A private developer enlisted Nadi Group to develop a master plan to renovate and expand this resort community in Ontario.
Project Summary
Nadi Group's design for this master plan worked within the natural constraints and opportunities presented through careful on-site analysis. We maximized lot count while providing residents with access to the surrounding area's natural beauty. A central amenity area remained key to this design and accommodates a restaurant, laundry, fitness facility, swimming pool, lazy river, beach, splash pad, playgrounds, sports courts, skateboard park and clubhouse.
Our Role
Nadi Group created a master plan for the Golden Beach Resort community that included staff apartments, 31 RV Sites, 56 boathouses, 142 Estates, 241 park models (rental and extended season stays) and 81 rental cottages.
