Introduction

This project in Hardin County, Kentucky, provided an opportunity to fulfill a much-needed affordable housing option in the area.

Project Summary

The Hills presented an interesting challenge for our planning team, as the site was zoned for single-family dwellings in the County, with similar site requirements, but approved for manufactured housing. This community consists of 12,000 square foot home sites, almost unheard of in the manufactured home community industry. All homesites will accommodate multi-section homes while allowing for carports or garages. The community is well-appointed with an all-encompassing clubhouse and amenity area, as well as multiple community open space/gathering areas.

Nadi Group was involved in all aspects of site and amenity planning, landscape design, image planning and conceptual renderings for sales and marketing purposes.
