Introduction

Pendleton Hills Golf Club, a prestigious 5-star 18-hole golf course in Butler, KY, sought to elevate its offerings with a transformative expansion. The project envisioned a master plan that introduced diverse amenities, including a 12-acre RV campground resort, unique treehouses, and lakefront features. This expansion aimed to enhance the club’s appeal, making it a premier destination for recreation and leisure. 

Project Summary

The Nadi Group partnered with the client to bring this ambitious vision to life. Our contributions included: - Developing a comprehensive master plan to incorporate the RV campground resort, treehouses, and lakefront amenities. - Designing a world-class clubhouse and entertainment venue, pro-shop and check-in building, standalone golf cart barn, and essential housekeeping and maintenance warehouses. - Creating comfort stations (bathhouses and laundry facilities) to elevate guest convenience and satisfaction. Through close collaboration with the client, we optimized the program and design to align with business goals and operational efficiency.
