Introduction

A private developer enlisted Nadi Group to develop a master plan to renovate and expand an RV community in Ontario.

Project Summary

Within our master plan, the design utilized much of the existing infrastructure, including roadways and sites. We expanded on what was already in place; increasing the total number of sites and incorporating passive amenities area and a central pavilion that houses an outdoor pool, comfort station and playground.

Our Role

The Nadi Group's master plan for the Heritage RV Park has 68 RV sites and 104 park models that expand on the 39 existing sites. The master plan also includes a central amenity area and an open/passive amenity area. This project is ongoing.
