Introduction

A private developer enlisted the Nadi Group to produce a master plan for the expansion of an RV park and Marina in Palo Pinto County of Texas.

Project Summary

Nadi Group’s design for this RV and Marina focused on revising and expanding internal circulation while updating the amenities and waterfront. We incorporated extended boat storage, a beach and a boat launch into the master plan alongside a passive amenity space, comfort stations and clubhouse featuring an outdoor pool and sports courts. Surrounded by private residents, the design considered traffic coming into the site and traffic around the site while managing access to the RV park’s waterfront.

Our Role

Nadi Group created a master plan, showcasing the redesign and expansion of an existing RV Park. The site plan included 157 RV sites and ten short-stay cabins. This project is ongoing.
