Catering to an adult demographic, we designed Walnut Hill to provide cost effective retirement opportunities while simultaneously meeting modern expectations.
Our first step was to incorporate sites that had the capacity to accommodate double wide homes. We included a modest recreation center to serve a variety of resident needs and provide a marketing advantage for the community. It was located and sized to maximize accessibility by the community and visibility from the street. Similarly, we integrated woodland preserves to offer recreational opportunities and best utilize challenging topographic conditions.
Our role was to provide a community plan that catered to a retirement demographic that was both cost effective and supported modern MH homes and amenities.
