The homesites wereplanned to accommodate modern multi-section homes with garages. A CommunityCenter with both passive and active recreation amenities was included to servea variety of residents’ needs and provide a marketing advantage for thecommunity. Woodland preserves wereintegrated to offer outdoor recreation opportunities. The Assisted Living Complex included duplexcottages and a Congregate Care facility for residents to downsize as needed butremain in their community.
