Catering to an adult demographic, we designed The Reserve at Jewel Lake to provide cost effective retirement opportunities, while simultaneously meeting modern expectations.

Our Role

Nadi Group's role in this project was to provide a community plan that catered to a retirement demographic that was both affordable and supported modern homes and amenities.

Project Summary

The Reserve at Jewel Lake presented a unique opportunity for a Manufactured Home Community that incorporated an ‘age in place’ component.  The homesites were planned to accommodate modern multi-section homes with garages. A community center with both passive and active recreation amenities was included to serve a variety of residents’ needs and provide a marketing advantage for the community.  Woodland preserves were integrated to offer outdoor recreation opportunities.  The Assisted Living Complex included duplex cottages and a congregate care facility for residents to downsize as needed but remain in their community.
