Nadi Group's role in this project was to create a resort setting that catered to all demographics and offered unique amenities and opportunities, while creating a neighborhood feel with large homesites and tree lined streets.

Project Summary

Oak Ranch fulfills the ever-growing need for affordable housing in the Austin, Texas area.  This modern MH community revolves around a spacious upscale clubhouse and resort-like pool and amenity area.  The design concept created a vibrant community consisting of single and multi-section homesites to provide a wide range of housing options.
