Alta Vista, Michigan

Introduction

Alta Vista is an upscale manufactured home community in Traverse City, which overlooks Grand Traverse Bay -a popular destination point for year round tourism in Michigan.

Our Role

Nadi Group was involved in site planning, landscape design and tree preservation, as well as imaging for the project.  Nadi Group assisted the developer in successfully navigating the approval process.

Project Summary

In this project's development we created a community with significant input from the developer. All homesites were planned to accommodate multi-section homes with pitched roofs and garages. The grounds around the clubhouse provide a wide range of amenities, to accommodate the potential new residents to the community. Significant wetlands and ponds on site posed a challenge to the land planning process, but resulted in a beautiful community surrounded by natural features.
