Admirals Cove, Michigan

Introduction

Admirals Cove is a gated manufactured home community near Lake St. Clair in Michigan; geared towards independent senior living.

Our Role

Nadi Group's role in this project was to reconfigure an aging MH community to accommodate newer luxury manufactured homes.  A new clubhouse area was designed to serve the residents with age-appropriate amenities. The team developed an approachable landscape plan, signage and graphics for creating promotional brochures.

Project Summary

Nadi Group was approached to redesign an aging community that was originally planned for smaller single-section homes. Nadi Group thoughtfully redesigned the community to accommodate modern multi-section homes with senior living in mind. Every site provides space for a garage or carport.  A new clubhouse area was designed, including anew building with community gathering space, pool, pickleball courts and other active amenities. A new sign and landscape plan created an inviting gated entrance and buffer for the residents. Graphics were provided for promoting the newly updated community.
