A private developer enlisted the Nadi Group to develop a subdivision concept and land use plan that provides 108 lots for manufactured homes and a community centre in Wasagaming, Manitoba. The site resides along Victor Avenue with a natural creek running through it.
We worked to effectively maintain the balance between the lots (40’ x 74’) within the project site and the natural environment. We provided park space and community pathways that connect to the green space, which surrounds a retention pond and runs along the existing creek. To ensure a vibrant character, we referenced community building design with a contemporary architectural style that complements the client’s preferred models for homes.
We developed a land use plan, rendered landscape plans and a 3D aerial site rendering, which were used to solicit municipal approvals.
