RV Park in Tannersville, New York

Introduction

A private developer contracted Nadi Group to develop the RV park land planning for their client’s 22-acres site in Tannersville, New York.

Project Summary

The project is located within Greene County. The site was previously a 9-hole executive golf course dating back to the 1920s The property is across Gooseberry Creek from Huckleberry Trail for bike and walking trails (formerly a railroad track). The goal for this project is to be a class A RV resort for the New York urbanites, who want to escape from the city. The project also features glamping and a variety of recreational amenities for all ages.‍

Our Role‍

Nadi Group's role was to deliver research, site analysis, bubble diagraming and a sketch plan. This project is completed.
