The Lakes on the White Oak, North Carolina

Introduction

E&J Developments, from North Carolina contracted Nadi Group to assist in the planning and design of this scenic and pristine 173-acre parcel in Maysville into a destination RV and Park Model resort.

Project Summary

The project is was conceived to take advantage of the striking beauty of the White Oak, Cypress, and Misty Morning Lakes within the property. The concept includes both rental and for-sale park models, pull thru and back in RV sites, significant amenities and a themed and high quality architectural character expressed in the club house, bath-house, check-in and pavilion buildings. The entire project was carefully designed to offer a premium experience to, RVers, park models owners and camping enthusiasts.

Our Role

Nadi Group provided a complete suite of prime consulting services beginning with a preliminary site inspection and field consultation, technical site analysis, and the design of the master development master plan. Our role continued with a strategic construction phasing plan and detailed architectural and amenity construction design services. Our team is currently working with the client, providing operational planning support and construction review and assistance during construction. Phase one of the project is scheduled to open in Spring, 2024.
