Involved in site planning, landscape design as well as imaging for the project.  Nadi Group provided an upgrade plan to improve this existing community.

Project Summary

With many people commuting to work in the city, there was a need to provide another opportunity outside of high rental properties inside Chicago limits.  We created a plan to improve an existing community to provide a desirable affordable housing opportunity.  Creating a new image for Harbor Point was of prime importance in the upgrade process.  To accomplish this task, a new logo, consistent theme, repeatable color and materials, architectural elements, lighting and landscaping were suggested.  Plans were also provided for upgrading the existing home stock.
