Nadi Group's role in this project was to design an affordable housing opportunity for all ages with attractive, energy efficient homes and private living spaces.  

Project Summary

Nadi Group was approached to design an attainable housing community in the Bozeman area. The design team provided a two-phased plan.  The first phase took a traditional approach with mostly multi-section homesites offering garages. Phase two provided a more new-urbanist design with a portion of the homesites set up with parking and garages at the rear of the lots to provide a more friendly, walkable front yard image.  Clubhouse and common space areas were designed, with homeowners in mind.
