RV Park in Pacific Junction, Iowa

Introduction

The owners of Lincoln Farm & Home Service enlisted the NadiGroup to design the master plan for a new RV park in PacificJunction, Iowa.

Our Role

The Nadi Group’s role is to provide a site analysis, a sketchplan and a final CAD file for the design of the new RV park.

Project Summary

Located on a previously motel site adjacent to a convenient gas station, the Nadi Group’s master plan for this 4-acre resort provides 40 RV back-in sites, a proposed location for comfort station/storm shelter and connections to the second phase.
