RV/MH Expansion in Titusville, Florida

Introduction‍

A private developer contracted the Nadi Group to provide a conceptual master plan of a hybrid expansion site for both RVs and manufactured homes on their 12.5 acres site in Titusville, Florida.  

ProjectSummary‍

The project is located within Brevard County and surrounded by an existing residential community to the south, Cheney Highway to the north and a railway track to the east. The goal for this project is to be an expansion of the existing Whispering Pines MH community that is west to the site. Part of the benefits includes are configuration of the clubhouse and recreational facilities, which will be shared between both existing and future residents. The project also features an existing wetland area and tree preservation areas for residents to enjoy.

Our Role‍

Our role was to deliver conceptual master plan and planning consultation. This project is on-going.
