Introduction

A landowner contracted the Nadi Group to develop a RV park on their 4 acres site in Tonopah, Arizona.

Project Summary

The project is located within Maricopa County. The site is to be integrated with the adjacent property that includes their home and future horse ranch, which features an arena and horse stalls. The goal for this project is to be a RV park for horse-lovers and complement the events held at the horse ranch. The project also features a dog park and a barn.

Our Role

Our role was to deliver research, site analysis, bubble diagraming, sketch plan and final CAD master plan. This project is completed.
