Lake Hudson, Oklahoma

Introduction

The owners of Lake Hudson Resort enlisted the Nadi Group to design the master plan for an expansion and reconfiguration to their existing RV resort.

Our Role

The Nadi Group’s master plan for this 30-acre resort provides 108 additional sites to the existing 29 sites, which consist of back-ins, pull-throughs, Cabins, glamping yurts, Treehouses, Seasonal Tent sites and ParkModels.

Project Summary

This project is in an area with other successful RV parks as well as an existing residential community, several smaller homesites and a forested area. This gave us the opportunity to highlight the biggest natural feature, which is LakeHudson, which will be the main attraction for the guests. Our master plan provides a layout that enables the resort to be clustered and serviced by comfort stations and pathways that all lead to LakeHudson. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pools, pavilion, mini-golf and other outdoor games, a playground, a dog park and walking paths.
