Bellemont RV Resort, Arizona

Introduction

Bellemont is an RV Resort outside of Flagstaff, Arizona, located on the historic Route 66.  

Our Role

To provide land planning for both an RV Park and RV storage site.  

Project Summary

Bellemont was unique in that the site consisted of two parcels divided by a public road. The two tracts provided vastly different terrain and site features. Extensive tree preservation was achieved on the west portion, providing wooded natural camp sites. With more gentle slopes and open space, the east portion allowed for a large check-in building/camp store and facilities to provide storage for the resorts golf cart rentals, along with additional RV sites.  An interim plan was also provided to allow the site to be utilized for RV Storage prior to building the resort.
