Introduction

This long-time client hired the Nadi Group to plan an upscale entrance for a golf course and residential development in Michigan. Nestled amongst pristine woodlands and wetlands, this top 100 golf course only had a limited entrance treatment and no clubhouse.

Project Summary

After completing the golf course entrance, the client hired the Nadi Group to provide landscape plans for the new clubhouse and residential neighbourhood entrances. We designed all the landscapes architecture outside the clubhouse’s walls, including parking, drainage, retaining walls, cart crossings, signage, lighting, dining patio with gas fire pits etc. We also prepared two scale models of the project for display in the clubhouse and sales center.

Our Role

We provided an equally stellar landscaping package through the use of Appalachian stone, custom amenity design, granite signage and drought tolerant plantings. Through the course of our work, we have also had the opportunity to provide a series of marketing plans, grading services and a large-scale site model.
