Tudor Village Parking Lot Master Plan, Manitoba

Introduction

A private developer engaged the Nadi Group to review the parking strategy of an existing residential complex and provide conceptual parking alternatives in Winnipeg, Man.

Project Summary 

The existing development consists of eight residential townhomes with dated parking layouts and communal open spaces. After a careful site inspection and review of existing conditions, we provided three options to the client for review. Option one retains the existing curbs, option two proposes new curbs with minimal access, and option three proposes new curbs with multiple direct access.
