Cumberland Pointe is a 10-acre single family residential community in Rochester Hills, Michigan consisting of 18 high-quality homes.

Our Role

Involved in site planning, landscape design and tree preservation, as well as imaging for the project.  Nadi Group assisted the developer in successfully navigating the approval process.  

Project Summary

This small site presented an environmentally challenging project for the team.  With a major portion of the site being wooded, street and road layouts were designed to preserve trees and minimize the environmental impact.  The strategic location of the detention facilities allowed for the preservation of a stand of trees along the road frontage.

The distinctive treatment of the entrance, monument sign and road frontage enhanced the appearance of the project.
