The Lakes on the White Oak, North Carolina

Introduction

Further to the completion of our land planning services of their 173-acre RV and Park Model resort in Maysville, North Carolina, E&J Developments engaged Nadi Group to assist in the architectural and outdoor amenities package.

Project Summary

The project focused on phase 1 of the development. In terms of the hardscape layout plan, the design worked with existing utilities and proposed new ones, including a proposed utility ‘hub’ (shared between 2 cabins). In terms of amenities, there was a proposed check-in/sales office with convenient stacking and visitor parking, and a comfort station alongside a future amenity area. The entire project was carefully designed to offer a premium experience to, RVers, park models owners and camping enthusiasts.

Our Role

Nadi Group provided a strategic construction phasing plan and detailed architectural and amenity construction design services. Our team is currently working with the client, providing operational planning support and construction review and assistance during construction. Phase one of the project is scheduled to open in Spring, 2024.
