Nadi Group completed a development pro forma, site planning and architectural visioning for a property located along Kenaston Boulevard in Winnipeg.

Project Summary

The project includes a variety of residential land uses with some commercial and office spaces, all centered around a central park. The design incorporates principles of walkability, human scale and open space connectivity.

Nadi Group provided urban design services and conceptual feasibility, as well as 3D visualization that illustrates the massing and architectural visioning.
