The need for attainable housing in Louisiana is growing. This project offered the opportunity to fulfill that need with a manufactured home community in the Bossier Parish, Louisiana. ‍

Nadi Group's role in this project was to design an affordable housing opportunity for all ages with attractive homes and private living spaces.

Nadi Group was approached to design an attainable housing community in the Bossier Parish, Louisiana area. The design team provided a plan incorporating affordable manufactured homes for distinctive housing opportunities.  The site provided unique challenges with steep topography. The site was designed to maximize homesites while respecting the land and natural features.
