A private developer engaged the Nadi Group to create an expansion masterplan for an existing Manufactured Home Community in southern Minnesota. Further to the expansion, the scope included the development of custom (proprietary) house designs that:
a) Encapsulate the client’s neighborhood market/design vision, and
b) Provide sufficient detail for pricing and construction by qualified manufacturers.
Located on 5.43 acres of land, the design provides:
a) A 3-phase amenity strategy for the whole community, and
b) An optimal layout for a demonstration village that relates to the existing vegetation and showcases new homes to prospective residents.
The expansion ties in with the existing community and features 23 new homesites, 18 of which faces the existing creek, as well as 11 visitor parking spaces.
Nadi Group provided land planning services and general design consultancy to the expansion and custom house designs.
