Involved in land planning and amenity design to revitalize an existing community.

Project Summary

This developer had a desire to update and reconfigure an aging community to provide a safe, affordable housing option with an RV component. Nadi Group provided a site plan to facilitate that dream with large homesites and a natural setting. The design included a plan for a new clubhouse and amenity area to serve the needs of the residents.
