Project Summary

The design concept created a vibrant community consisting of single and multi-section homesites to provide a wide range of housing options.  The design team addressed the substantial seasonal snow conditions for the area within the plan.  To provide protection from the elements for the residents, each homesite is planned to accommodate a garage. In addition, substantial areas were set aside for snow storage when clearing the roads.
