Over 10 years ago, planning for a new 200+-acre community in Rochester Hills, MI. began and was eventually purchased by the current client. This project proved to be an interesting challenge for the Nadi Group as changes in the ordinance and a complete turnover of the Township Board and all their consultants complicated the planning process.

Project Summary

In addition to managing changing land-use patterns and Township governance turnover, the desire to feature dwellings in three distinctive areas concerning surrounding wetlands further challenged the planning process. The Nadi Group also prepared a set of extensive tree preservation plans and documentation.

Our Role

We completed the plans and received final comments from the township consultants. Following the four-year reactivation process, Stoney Creek Crossing is ready for approval.
