Seine River Estates

Introduction

Located in Royalwood, Winnipeg, Seine River Estates is a unique private condo development located on a peninsula along the Seine river. This gated community offers premium lots that provide sought after river views, direct access to the riverbank and surrounding trail systems. Hilton Homes engaged the Nadi Group to produce high-level marketing renderings, design control standards and architectural consulting services for this exclusive community.

Project Summary

The client enlisted our expertise to produce a rendered plan and multiple perspectives to graphically represent the vision of the development and assist in the sales of the new community. The Nadi Group also created the design control standards for the bare land condo development. These control standards ensure that the custom-designed homes align with the client's high-end vision.  In addition, we provide architectural consulting services on the developer’s behalf to carry out the image by working with the homebuilders to ensure they meet the design controls standards in their architectural proposals.

Our Role

We created the marketing renderings, design control standard document and provided architectural review and approval to the Seine River Estates’ homes. The result evoked a distinctive neighbourhood character with rich architectural styles and a diversity of colours and textures. This project is ongoing.
