Turtle Grove, Michigan

Introduction

Turtle Grove is an enclave of estate homes within a prestigious gated community, Turtle Lake, located in Bloomfield Hills, an affluent community in Michigan’s lower peninsula.

Our Role

Nadi Group was involved in site planning, landscape design and tree preservation, as well as imaging for the project.  Nadi Group created numerous presentation documents to support a successful approval process.

Project Summary

Built on a former equestrian parcel, Turtle Grove was designed to enhance the natural features of the property while maintaining privacy for the residents.  Care was given to preserve existing trees and the native landscape was enhanced with natural berms with additional mature plant materials to create natural screening and provide privacy.  European architectural influences were incorporated to fit seamlessly with the character of the surrounding Turtle Lake community.
