The Oaklands PUD, Michigan

Introduction

The Oaklands PUD, located in Oakland Township, MI, consists of several distinctive neighborhoods from four-plex to luxury dwellings. One of the largest developments undertaken by the Nadi Group’s long-time clients, Moceri Developments, the Oaklands PUD set the standard for all future developments to follow within the Township.

Project Summary

The downturn in the economy led to a slowing of the sales there, but the recent booming residential growth in the area has led to the construction of The Pinnacle, the last phase of the project and the most expensive with homes exceeding 1.5 million dollars.

We provided residential imaging services to the client to create a cohesive, sophisticated and beautiful community in Oakland Township .
