This was one of our earliest planned residential subdivisions in Oakland Township; this is a high-quality neighborhood of curving streets and preserved natural features.

Nadi Group was involved in every aspect of this project’s design and image, the firm was also commissioned to navigate the planning approval process.

Project Summary

Today Goodison Place is built out, yet it had to overcome many hurdles to achieve this. In the earliest stages of the planning process, the project faced intense anti-development opposition which Nadi Group assisted in surmounting, allowing Goodison Place to become one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the township.
