Blossom Ridge, Michigan

Introduction 

Aging-in-place remains a somewhat elusive opportunity in North America. However, Blossom Ridge, a senior residential community, aims to change that. After more than a decade of design and planning, our client was finally successful in gaining approval from the community to develop the land to include cottages, duplexes, apartments and large luxurious seniors building with all services short of nursing care.

Project Summary 

The Nadi Group prepared the plans in accordance with the local ordinances, setting a great path to the ultimate, successful legal challenge and consent decree which allowed the project to proceed. Blossom Ridge contains several housing options for residents to age in place.
