A private market research consultant contracted the Nadi Group to develop the RV resort land planning for their client’s 15 acres site in Prescott, Arizona.
The project is part of the Deep Well Ranch master plan district, which is within a 20-minute to downtowns of Prescott and Prescott Valley, and Chino Valley. The targeted customer group includes a variety of demographics, such as regional Prescott communities, tourists from all over, and the nearby industries. The project also envisions community entertainment amenities that will support the immediate recreation, open space and educational zone or “Deep Well Ranch Park” in the municipal’s master plan.
An intrinsic part of the site is the unique ridgeline, which creates opportunities for scenic lookouts on the high points and a natural circulation pattern for the layout of the RV sites, Clubhouse, comfort stations, as well as the public (community) amenities.
Our role is to engage closely with the landowner and our client, and deliver research, bubble diagraming, sketch master planning and CAD master plan. The project had also been well-received by the City of Prescott and also by the landowner family, who has contracted us to further develop the architectural concept for the community entertainment amenities. This other project is on-going.
