Introduction

A private market research consultant contracted the Nadi Group to develop the RV resort land planning for their client’s 15-acre site in Prescott, Arizona.

Project Summary

The project is part of the Deep Well Ranch master plan district, located within a 20-minute walk to the downtowns of Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley. The targeted customer group features a variety of demographics, including regional Prescott communities, tourists, and nearby industries. The project also envisions community entertainment amenities to support the immediate recreation, open space and educational zone or “Deep Well Ranch Park” in the municipal’s master plan.

An intrinsic part of the site is the unique ridgeline, which creates opportunities for scenic lookouts on the high points and a natural circulation pattern for the layout of the RV sites, clubhouse, comfort stations, and the public (community) amenities.

Our Role

Our role is to engage closely with the landowner and our client to deliver research, bubble diagraming, sketch master planning and CAD master plan. The project was well-received by the City of Prescott and the land owner's family. They have contracted us to continue developing the architectural concept for the community's entertainment amenities. This other project is ongoing.
