Green Acres

Introduction

Located in Loveland, Ohio, Green Acres was an older community that had begun to show its age. The client enlisted the Nadi Group’s expertise to enhance the community’s image. 

Project Summary

Through consultations, a new clubhouse/community center was planned to sit strategically in view of Deerfield Road to create an attractive marketing feature. We created a strong unified statement by adding landscaping and fencing to the existing signage. We also recommended a consistent theme of color and signage to coordinate with the existing entry sign and logo. In addition, we planned a new model home area in preparation for the phased upgrade of housing stock within the community.

The Nadi Group crafted a comprehensive plan to upgrade both the appearance and function of the site.
