Bulk Distribution Hub Concept Site Plan

Introduction

A private developer engaged the Nadi Group to create a concept site plan for a bulk distribution hub and mixed-use development on a commercial parcel found along a major highway.

Project Summary

The proposed site plan consists of a distribution and procurement facility for hemp and grain, card lock for trucks, parking for semi-trucks and auto service centre and a gas station.

Our Role

Our role is to provide a concept site plan that accommodates the various functions in an efficient circulation layout.
