Aurora at North Point

Introduction

Located in northwest Winnipeg, MB, Aurora at North Point is a new community project in development. Tacada Investments enlisted the Nadi Group to produce design guidelines and provide design review consulting services for the residential community.

Project Summary

The client engaged the Nadi Group to reinforce the architectural vision. The vision for the project aimed for a thriving, vibrant community that allows residents to win back life’s moments—a design-driven, progressive neighbourhood. When compared to existing developments, the new community will have high contrast, distinctive home colours, finishes and textures. We achieved this through a rigorous and effective framework for the design guidelines. During the construction phase, we will ensure consistent communication with the homebuilders concerning colour and material coordination.

Our Role

The Nadi Group created architectural guidelines and provided architectural review and approval to the homes. This project will have a distinctive neighbourhood character, possessing strong progressive architectural styles and a diversity of colours and textures. It’s ongoing.
