Emeka Nnadi is the founder, President, and CEO of the Nadi Group. He is an urban designer, landscape architect, and development consultant with over two decades of experience shaping communities across North America and internationally.

Emeka holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Enugu State University of Technology, Nigeria, and a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design from the University of Manitoba, Canada. Prior to founding Nadi Group, he practiced in Nigeria, the United States (Chicago), and Canada, including roles as Discipline Manager and Project Director of Landscape Architecture & Urban Planning at Smith Carter Architects & Engineers, and as a Development Specialist at East Lake Management & Development Corp.

Under Emeka's leadership, Nadi Group has delivered over 1,750 projects across North America, earning multiple national and international design awards. He provides strategic direction across the firm's Detroit, Toronto, and Winnipeg offices.

Emeka is a TEDx speaker, having presented "The Transformative Power of Play" at TEDx Winnipeg, exploring how play, wonder, and technology serve as catalysts for transformative community design. He teaches postgraduate design at the University of Manitoba, sits on several volunteer boards, and is an active mentor and thought leader in the architecture and urban design community.

In June 2024, the City of Winnipeg named a public park in Bridgwater Forest in his honor — Emeka Nnadi Park — in recognition of his lifelong contributions to architecture, urban design, and community building. The ceremony was presided over by Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham.
