We'll ask about your site, your concept, and your goals. You'll get honest feedback on whether a Diligence Sprint makes sense for your project and what the process involves. This isn't a sales pitch. It's a scoping conversation.

How much does a Diligence Sprint cost?

Sprints are fixed-fee, scoped after the discovery call. A Rapid Scan starts at $8,000 for a quick viability read and Phase 1 direction. A Full Feasibility engagement with market analysis, operational modeling, and scenario pro formas typically runs $35,000 to $75,000. Larger engagements with investor-grade deliverables scale from there.

Do you work on campgrounds, glamping, RV parks, or all of them?

All of them, and often in combination. We've planned everything from boutique glamping retreats to full-scale RV resorts with amenity buildings, trails, and mixed accommodation types. The Diligence Sprint adapts to the project type.

What if I already have a site plan or design concept?

That's a fine starting point. The sprint tests whether your existing concept holds up against market demand, operational costs, and site constraints. Sometimes the concept is solid and just needs validation. Sometimes we find changes that significantly improve yield or guest experience.

Do you handle permitting and approvals?

Yes. We have experience with zoning, entitlements, and the approval process across many U.S. states and Canadian provinces. For the Diligence Sprint specifically, we map entitlement risk and identify regulatory hurdles early so you're not blindsided later.
