Introduction

In an attempt to capitalize on Gillette's rapidly expanding natural resources economy in Wyoming, we designed Longview RV Resort to serve traveling RVers and provide desperately needed housing for temporary workforce.

Project Summary

Due to the unique target demographic of the project, we were required to provide long-term services for the workforce and their families within the large recreation facility. The amenities ranged from extensive shower facilities, laundry rooms, playground equipment, media room, kitchen, meeting room and office. The first phase will consist of 130 spaces with room for expansion to 230 or more depending on market demands.

Our Role

Nadi Group's role provided a source for temporary workforce housing and an RV Resort destination for vacationers.
