Introduction

A private developer enlisted Nadi Group to provide a generalized concept design for an RV Resort in Hopewell, New York.

Project Summary

Nadi Group prepared this RV resort design upon a cursory look at the site’s survey, topography and vegetation. Without a comprehensive site analysis, we relied on a best practice approach to RV site optimization: a central amenity zone with clubhouse and mini-golf, park models and an elegant road layout that captures the site’s geometry. We hope it will gain the initial support from the Town of Hopewell and others whose support may be crucial to development.

Our Role

Nadi Group provided land planning and conceptual design for RV Campgrounds and Resorts. This project is ongoing.
