A private developer engaged Nadi Group to review the parking strategy of an existing residential complex and provide conceptual parking alternatives in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The existing development consists of eight residential townhomes with dated parking layouts and communal open spaces. After a careful site inspection and review of existing conditions, we provided three options to the client for review. Option one retained the existing curbs, option two proposed new curbs with minimal access, and option three proposed new curbs with multiple direct access.
Nadi Group conducted a site inspection and provided preliminary sketches of parking options.
