A private developer engaged Nadi Group to create a feasibility massing study for a mixed-use development on a parcel zoned -Community Commercial.
The massing study explores the building's size, including ground-level offices and retail spaces with (up to) six floors of residential units. The massing study also respects the planning parameters of the Planned Development Overlay (PDO) ordinance for the area and parking requirements. We also explored an ancillary parking option on a separate parcel, where a split-level parking structure would reside.
Nadi Group's role is to provide a concept site plan, a cross-section and a spatial breakdown for the building concept.
