Another of the firms award winning projects, Woodcreek is located in the culturally active and strikingly attractive Traverse City region of Michigan’s lower peninsula.

Attention to the sensitive environmental nature of this site was key in our role as land planners for this project.

Project Summary

Despite this project’s relatively small scale, there were many challenges associated with environmental concerns related to existing streams, wetlands, and woodlands. Because of the inherent importance and sensitivity of wetlands, much of the design was guided towards protecting these lands. We are proud to say that the environmental concerns were fully addressed while still providing a financially viable development to our client. This project is a source of pride for its residents, the developer and the planner.
