Baywood Greens is a Manufactured Home community on the Delaware coast, offering affordable resort living.

Our Role

Nadi Group is proud of the extensive preservation activities that occurred on this land planning project, particularly those associated with the extremely rare and protected sea-level fens found on the site. These areas have been virtually untouched and remain one of our proudest achievements. Though challenging, we successfully navigated the political process to allow for an ideal balance of protection, recreation, and habitation.

Project Summary

Surrounding an 18-hole golf course, Baywood provides over 700 upscale single-family homes in a tastefully modern community. Large, one and two-story manufactured homes are nestled harmoniously among woodlands, golf greens, gently flowing streams and tree lined streets.  At its center is an impressive Clubhouse, often used for weddings and events. In 2000, Baywood Greens received the Manufactured Housing Institute’s (MHI) Community of the Year Award.
